Vibrant red and plum color. This vintage expresses a ripe raspberry-plum fragrance with background notes of black cherry. Big flavors of strawberry, hints of lavender and earth are up front and lead to savory characters of meat, garrigue, and raspberry compote. Minerality is present as well as a touch of sweetness from the barrel. Tannins are lively and finish is long with lingering fruit notes.
