Why Lunacy & Nonsense? Taking a risk as I often do, and planting a variety like Tempranillo on our estate with no examples to follow seems precarious. How well would it grow? How is the wine going to turn out? Will the product sell? As a farmer we face risk daily so to add another level of anxiety by your own doing doesn’t make sense and to some, it’s pretty crazy.
