Tasting Notes
Crimson color loaded with fresh bright red fruit. Sweet plum and wild berry on the nose with hints of rose petals. Flavors of strawberry, cranberry, spice, and a touch of pepper will delight your tastebuds. Great acidity that leaves a pop on your palate. It is a very flavorful and pretty wine.

Production Notes
Whole berry destemming, 4 - 5 day cold soak, 25% whole cluster fermentation, punchdowns 3 times per day. Native yeast fermentation in small, open top, one ton fermenters. Total skin contact 12 days. Barrel aged 17 months in 25% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
