2018 Zinfandel, Estate, Dry Creek Valley
Aromas of candied fruit, raspberry, and strawberry jam. Flavors are bursting with freshness, red and blue fruit, spice, and subtle hints of pepper. Moderate tannin, bright, and clean finish.
Whole berry destemming, 4 - 5 day cold soak, punch downs 3 times per day. Native yeast fermentation in small, open top, one ton fermenters. Total skin contact 12 days. Barrel aged 9 months in French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
