2015 Grenache, Estate Grown
Rich aromatics and flavors of crushed raspberry & blackberry, traces of vanilla bean, blueberry compote, and fresh tar.
Whole berry destemming, 4 - 5 day cold soak, punchdowns 3 times per day. Native yeast fermentation in small open top one ton fermenters. Total skin contact 17 days. Barrel aged 17 months in 30% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
